How do I know which tier/program is right for me?
Start with Awaken if you're new or coming back to fitness. If you've been working out consistently but feel stuck, Build is for you. If you're ready for full support, custom programming, and accountability, Reclaim is the best fit.
Do I need a gym membership?
It is really helpful, but there are programs that do not require a gym. Minimal gym equipment is used.
Can I switch programs later?
Yes. You can switch tiers (Awaken > Build > Reclaim) at any time.
Do you provide meal plans?
You'll receive recipes, meal frameworks, and nutrition education to help you build a sustainable way of eating that supports your goals. I don't do restrictive "diets"-this is about nourishing your body.
What if I have food restrictions?
All nutrition resources are flexible and customizable. You'll learn how to adapt meals to your preferences and needs. You may find the Reclaim tier most helpful as you will work with me one-on-one there.
